Executive MBA Students Profile

The IIB EMBA program intentionally seeks candidates with a wide variety of professional experience, industry representation and perspectives, which enriches classroom work and the overall MBA experience. Among the IIB MBA students are entrepreneurs who have established and operate their own businesses in Ukraine, executives who spin Ukrainian branches of multinational corporations and mature individuals who are only developing business leaders.

The typical IIB MBA student is 33 years old. The ratio of men and women is 78%:22%.

While the program requires a minimum three years of professional experience, many students have more than 7 years of professional experience. Most of the EMBA program participants have technical, economic, and humanitarian background.
